Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 21 June 2026
These terms and conditions govern your use of Boiler Quotes (boiler-quotes.com) (“the website”) and our introduction service. The website is operated by iLeads Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the website or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website.
1. Our service – we are an introducer only
Boiler Quotes is a free introduction and comparison service. When you submit an enquiry, we pass the details you provide to up to three (3) independent, third-party boiler installation companies so that they can contact you with quotes.
We are an introducer only. We do not supply, install, service, endorse or guarantee any boilers, installation or repair services ourselves, and we do not provide quotes. Any quote, agreement, contract, product or service is arranged solely between you and the supplier you choose to deal with. We are not a party to that contract and have no involvement in it.
2. We are not responsible for suppliers
The suppliers we introduce you to are independent businesses that we do not own or control. We are not responsible or liable for, and give no warranty about:
- the quotes, advice, conduct, acts or omissions of any supplier;
- the quality, suitability, safety, pricing, installation or performance of any product or service a supplier provides;
- any contract, warranty or guarantee you enter into with a supplier; or
- any dispute, loss or damage arising from your dealings with a supplier.
You are responsible for carrying out your own checks and satisfying yourself that a supplier and its products or services are suitable before you enter into any agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, cost or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, your dealings with, or the products or services of, any supplier.
3. Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse the website, including by using it fraudulently or unlawfully, attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or scraping, copying or republishing its content other than as expressly permitted. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to view the website and print or download extracts for your own reference.
4. Your enquiry and your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your enquiry, and you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and (where you enquire on behalf of a business) that you are authorised to do so. By submitting an enquiry you consent to being contacted by the suppliers we match you with, by phone, email or text, about your requirements. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
5. Guides and information are not advice
Any guides, articles, comparisons and other information on the website are provided for general information only. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and you should not rely on them as such. You use this information at your own risk and should take appropriate advice before making any decision.
6. Intellectual property
We, together with our licensors, own and control all the intellectual property rights in the website and its content. You may not reproduce, republish, sell or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the website without our prior written consent.
7. The website is provided “as is”
The website and our introduction service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any supplier will be available or will meet your requirements, or that you will receive any particular number of quotes.
8. Our liability to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Our introduction service is provided to you free of charge. Accordingly, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability in connection with the website and the service. In particular, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with, or the products or services of, any supplier (see section 2). Where, despite the above, we are found liable to you, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the website and the service is limited to £100.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against all losses, damages, costs and expenses we suffer or incur arising out of your misuse of the website or your breach of these terms.
10. Links to other websites
The website may contain links to third-party websites. Those links are provided for your convenience only and do not signify that we endorse them. We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the content or availability of any third-party website.
11. Suspending or withdrawing access
We may suspend, restrict or withdraw your access to the website at any time, including where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms. We may also vary or discontinue the website or the service at any time.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date shown at the top, and your continued use of the website after any change means you accept the updated terms.
13. General
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. You may not transfer yours without our written consent. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in force. A person who is not a party to these terms has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce them. These terms, together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website and the service.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by English law, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
