• Trusted suppliers. When you submit an enquiry, your details are shared with up to three (3) vetted boiler installation companies so they can contact you with quotes. These suppliers are independent businesses and become separate data controllers of your information once they receive it; their own privacy policies will then govern how they use it.
• Service providers. We use trusted third parties who process data on our behalf and under contract, including our website hosting and database providers, and the email and telephone/SMS providers we use to deliver and track enquiries.
• Legal and regulatory. We may disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property or safety of iLeads Ltd, our users or others.

5. International transfers

Your personal data is primarily stored and processed within the UK and the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside the UK/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses) are in place to protect it.
